These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Reyanza website, purchase of Reyanza products, and use of related services offered directly by Reyanza.

For the purposes of these Terms, “Reyanza,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the Reyanza fragrance brand operated by Parth Chawla, GSTIN 03CMAPC3635B1ZZ.

By accessing the website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Cancellation, Replacement, Return & Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility to Use the Website

You may use the Reyanza website and purchase products if you are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction under applicable Indian law.

If you are using the website on behalf of another person or organisation, you represent that you have authority to do so.

3. Products

Reyanza offers fragrance and related products, including perfumes and discovery/travel formats.

We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately. However:

colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings;
packaging may occasionally be updated;
fragrances are subjective and may be perceived differently by different users;
product descriptions are intended to help customers understand scent personality and usage context.

Final product claims, including fragrance notes, concentration or performance claims, will be based on information available to Reyanza and should not be interpreted as a guarantee beyond what is expressly stated.

4. Fragrance Preference

Perfume is a personal and subjective product.

A fragrance that one customer experiences as fresh, floral, bold, elegant, deep or long-lasting may be perceived differently by another customer.

Individual experience may vary based on factors including skin chemistry, climate, application method, environment and personal sensitivity.

Personal dislike of a fragrance does not by itself mean that the product is defective.

5. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

Adding an item to the cart does not reserve the product.

Reyanza may cancel or modify an order if:

the product is unavailable;
there is an inventory error;
payment cannot be verified;
delivery is not serviceable;
there is a suspected fraudulent transaction; or
an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.

If Reyanza cancels a prepaid order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded in accordance with our refund process.

6. Prices

Product prices will be displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Where expressly stated, prices may include:

applicable GST;
standard shipping; and/or
promotional benefits.

For the current launch offer, the 50 ml Reyanza perfume is offered at approximately ₹799 including applicable GST and standard shipping within India, subject to the offer displayed at checkout.

Discovery-set pricing and other promotional prices will be as shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Reyanza reserves the right to change prices for future orders.

A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed.

7. Taxes

Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged and disclosed in accordance with Indian tax law.

Customers may receive an invoice containing applicable tax information.

8. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted once Reyanza confirms the order or begins fulfilment, subject to payment verification and availability.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for legitimate operational, legal, fraud-prevention or inventory-related reasons.

9. Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:

full name;
email address;
mobile number;
delivery address;
PIN code; and
payment information where required.

Reyanza will not be responsible for delivery problems caused primarily by incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied information.

10. Payment Methods

Reyanza may accept eligible payment methods including:

UPI;
debit and credit cards;
net banking;
supported payment gateways; and
Cash on Delivery.

Availability of individual payment methods may vary by order, PIN code, payment partner or operational circumstances.

11. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is currently available on eligible orders without an additional COD fee.

Reyanza may verify COD orders before dispatch.

Customers placing COD orders should provide accurate contact information and make reasonable arrangements to accept delivery.

Repeated refusal, misuse or non-acceptance of COD shipments may result in COD being restricted for future orders.

12. Payment Processing

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or financial service providers.

Reyanza does not ordinarily store complete card credentials directly where payment information is processed securely by the relevant payment provider.

Payment transactions may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Reyanza currently ships eligible orders across India, subject to courier serviceability.

Most confirmed orders are intended to be dispatched within approximately 1 business day.

Delivery is generally estimated at approximately 2–4 days after dispatch, but this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery commitment.

14. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch.

We will make reasonable efforts to honour such requests; however, cancellation is not guaranteed once packing, fulfilment or dispatch processing has progressed.

Orders that have already been dispatched are not ordinarily cancellable under our standard policy.

15. Returns and Replacements

Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance products, Reyanza does not ordinarily accept returns solely because:

the customer changes their mind;
the fragrance is not personally preferred; or
an opened/used fragrance no longer suits the customer’s preference.

Eligible claims involving damaged, leaking, incorrect or incomplete products will be reviewed in accordance with our Cancellation, Replacement, Return & Refund Policy.

Replacement is normally the primary remedy for eligible damaged or incorrect-item claims.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights available under applicable Indian consumer law.

16. Damage Notification

Customers are requested to notify Reyanza within 24 hours of delivery wherever reasonably possible if a product is:

damaged;
leaking;
incomplete; or
different from the item ordered.

The customer should provide clear photographs and relevant order information so that the claim can be reviewed.

17. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, Reyanza will normally initiate it within 2–5 business days after approval.

Actual crediting time may depend on the relevant bank, payment gateway or financial service provider.

For COD transactions, Reyanza may request bank account or UPI details where a refund is approved.

18. Promotional Offers

Reyanza may offer discounts, complimentary products, launch offers, bundles or other promotions from time to time.

Promotional offers:

may have eligibility requirements;
may be limited in duration or quantity;
may not be combinable with another offer unless stated;
may be changed or withdrawn for future orders.

Reyanza will not use fake scarcity or misleading countdowns to create false urgency.

19. Complimentary 3 × 5 ml Discovery/Travel Set

Under Reyanza’s current launch offer, eligible purchases of a ₹799 50 ml perfume may include a complimentary 3 × 5 ml travel/discovery set.

When supplied free:

it forms part of the applicable promotional offer;
it has no independent cash redemption value;
it is not separately refundable merely because the customer does not prefer a fragrance.

If a complimentary item is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, Reyanza will review the matter for an appropriate replacement.

20. Discovery Sets Purchased Separately

Discovery sets may also be sold separately at the price displayed on the website.

Opened or used discovery fragrances are not ordinarily returnable solely due to fragrance preference.

Damaged or incorrect discovery-set orders may be eligible for replacement in accordance with our refund and replacement policy.

21. Third-Party Marketplaces

Reyanza products may also be sold through third-party platforms such as Amazon.

Purchases made through a third-party marketplace may also be governed by that marketplace’s:

ordering;
payment;
shipping;
cancellation;
return; and
refund procedures.

Where a marketplace requires customers to raise a claim through its own platform, customers should follow the applicable process.

22. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Reyanza name, logo, branding, product names, website design, graphics, photographs, text, promotional material and other original content are owned by or licensed to Reyanza.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit Reyanza content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

23. Product Names and Third-Party Brands

Reyanza is an independent fragrance brand.

Any third-party trademarks, brand names or intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Reyanza is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially connected with any third-party designer fragrance brand.

Reyanza will not intentionally present third-party brand names in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation, authorisation or origin.

24. Reviews and User-Submitted Content

If customers submit reviews, photographs, testimonials or other content to Reyanza, the content should be truthful and based on genuine experience.

Reyanza may moderate or decline content that contains:

abusive or unlawful material;
misleading claims;
spam;
irrelevant commercial promotion;
personal information belonging to another person; or
content that violates applicable law.

Reyanza will not knowingly fabricate customer reviews or testimonials.

25. Website Use

You agree not to:

misuse the website;
attempt unauthorised access;
interfere with website security;
introduce malicious code;
scrape or exploit the website unlawfully;
impersonate another person;
submit fraudulent orders;
misuse COD; or
use the website for unlawful purposes.

26. Website Availability

Reyanza aims to keep the website available and functioning properly.

However, access may occasionally be interrupted because of:

maintenance;
technical problems;
hosting issues;
payment gateway failures;
security concerns; or
circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

27. Accuracy of Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that website information is accurate.

However, typographical errors, technical errors, outdated images or inadvertent pricing mistakes may occasionally occur.

Where an obvious material error affects an order, Reyanza may contact the customer to correct the matter before fulfilment.

28. Personal Data

Reyanza may process personal data including customer contact details, addresses, order data, website interaction information and marketing preferences where applicable.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data-protection law.

29. Advertising and Analytics

Reyanza may use analytics and advertising technologies, including services associated with platforms such as Google and Meta, where implemented.

Such technologies may process information about website visits and interactions in accordance with applicable law, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and the relevant third-party provider’s terms.

Where consent is legally required, Reyanza will seek to implement appropriate consent mechanisms.

30. Electronic Communications

By placing an order, customers agree to receive communications reasonably necessary for the transaction, including:

order confirmation;
payment updates;
shipping updates;
delivery communication;
customer-service messages; and
grievance-related communications.

Promotional communications will be handled separately in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

31. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reyanza will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting solely from use of the website or delays outside Reyanza’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

These Terms do not remove any mandatory consumer right or remedy.

32. Force Majeure

Reyanza will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including:

natural disasters;
severe weather;
strikes;
transport disruption;
governmental restrictions;
public emergencies;
internet or infrastructure failures; or
courier-network disruptions.

Where such an event materially affects an order, Reyanza will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer.

33. Fraud and Abuse

Reyanza may review, refuse or cancel transactions that reasonably appear to involve:

payment fraud;
identity misuse;
promotional abuse;
repeated COD refusal;
manipulated damage claims; or
other unlawful or abusive conduct.

This provision will not be used to deny legitimate consumer complaints.

34. Consumer Protection

Reyanza operates its ecommerce activities subject to applicable Indian consumer-protection requirements.

The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 apply to ecommerce transactions and contain requirements concerning consumer information, grievance redressal, returns, refunds and unfair trade practices. citeturn697367search0turn697367search3

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

36. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction or other legal right that cannot be excluded, disputes connected with these Terms or purchases made directly from Reyanza will be subject to the competent courts and authorities having jurisdiction in Punjab, India.

Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from approaching a forum or authority available to them under applicable consumer-protection law.

37. Changes to These Terms

Reyanza may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

changes in law;
website functionality;
business practices;
products;
payment methods; or
operational requirements.

The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised Last Updated date.

Changes will generally apply prospectively and will not be used to unfairly alter rights already accrued in relation to an accepted order.
